Why You Should Become CPR Certified.

Sudden cardiac arrest occurs when an electrical rhythm problem occurs and the heart is no longer able to pump blood effectively to the rest of the body. … We know that the chance of surviving a sudden cardiac arrest increases significantly, by more than double, when CPR is started early by a trained and certified professional.

How Act First CPR’s Training Programs Work

Act First CPR’s programs provide training through a variety of methods that could include lectures and video clips, interactive discussions, slide show presentations,  and more. Because of the flexibility of our class schedules, you would be able to complete your training at a convenient time for you. Even if you have a family and a full-time job, you can get the training you need to save someone’s life.

We have had many CPR classes for our staff, and this by far was the best class yet!! We learned more from this class than anywhere else, even from the hospital. This is a wonderful CPR place, nice instructor, and very fun! I highly recommend them!

Thank you Act First CPR! I hope I never need to use this life saving skill.
